I have a Kyleena IUD and had unprotected sex from Friday night into Saturday morning. I’m not even 100% sure if my partner ejaculated, but I remember being extremely lubricated during sex. Since then, I’ve been having a lot of watery/yellowish discharge. It’s enough that when I stand up after sitting or lying down for a while, it sometimes runs down my leg or soaks my underwear. Today (Tuesday), it’s still happening. The discharge is light yellow/off-white, not green or gray. It doesn’t have a strong fishy smell, and my underwear doesn’t smell bad. I have a little vaginal soreness, but I think that’s from friction during sex because I sometimes get that after intercourse. I also have mild cramps, but that’s also something I usually experience after sex. I don’t have a fever, intense pelvic pain, or significant itching. Has anyone experienced this much discharge after sex? Could this still be a mix of vaginal lubrication and semen, or does it sound more like BV or another infection?
