Persistent vulvar irritation/ulcer for more than a year – has anyone experienced something similar?

I am reaching out on here because I don’t know what to do anymore. I have this type of irritation (see on picture) in the entrance of my vagina, vaginal mucosa. Penetration has become impossible due to the pain. It’s a really bad burning sensation. I seen about 6 doctors, 4 gynecologist and 1 dermatologist. No one knows what it is and they don’t do any further testings. I have tried estrogen cream and another cream called clotrimazole, both of them didn’t work. They also obviously did all the std tests and pap tests, all came back negative. Does anyone know what kind of doctor I can go see? Gynecologists don’t seem to be helping.
