Infrequent Periods and Intense Pain

Hello! I’m 18 and I get my period after every 1-2 months, longest I’ve gone without my period was 5 months which ended this march. During (normally first day but last time it was like day 3) I get like hot flashes and intense sweating a lot of the times I vomit as a result of the pain. What could this be?
