Pelvis MRI - Oviary Odd Placement

(F23) Non-Smoker and on a lot of different pain meds for suspected endometriosis and spotted endometrioma and seprate cyst. I was hoping to get some insight into this MRI. I see the ovaries and one seem to be quite a bit lower than the other. I can't figure out if this is normal placement.
