Yeast infection

I think I may have a yeast infection. My vaginal discharge is odourless and dry and crumbly. It’s also white in colour (not like cottage cheese) and there is some itching around that area as well. If it is a yeast infection then how do I treat it at home since I can’t go to a doctor.
