Looking for similar copper IUD experiences

I (29f) got the copper IUD 6 months, before that I was not on any birth control. Not too long after the insertion I began having reoccurring ovarian cysts (confirmed by ultrasounds) and multiple infections (BV and 3 UTIs, which I have never had prior)… I have never spent so much time at the doctors as I have in the last 6 months. Like many medical topics on women’s health, there is not enough research on the side effects of copper IUD, along with the other coinciding medical problems.
